Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping in the USA is free for orders over $99. Standard shipping is $4.99
International shipping is via DHL, and is calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my custom order?
Custom orders require at total of 2-3 weeks to be processed. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on custom orders.

What Is Your Shipment Processing Time?

With the exception of custom orders, all orders are created and processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom orders require 2-3 weeks for processing. This does not include weekends, holidays and time in transit to you.  

Domestic:

After shipment you can expect to receive the delivery within 2-5 business days. 

International:

After shipment you can expect to receive the delivery within 13-20 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please do not order items, if you will need the earlier than the time stated

    How Do I Care For My Jewelry?
    Even though our jewelry is built to last, it is important to treat your jewelry with a little extra care, to keep them looking shining throughout the years. Your jewelry should be removed when applying chemicals such as lotions or perfumes, to ensure a long-lasting shine.
